Honest Cooperation

In our institution and in Staff matters this implies goodwill on both sides as well as  shared principles and rules.

Honesty is probably the key to this. Does anyone gain anything by not cooperating in an honest fashion? Well, perhaps some may do in the short term. The good thing about our institution being smaller than others is that sooner or later people are judged by their deeds and this rule does not exclude Management or staff representation.
Our shared interest is to solve problems and improve things. We are ready to do just that. Is Management also willing? We are convinced most managers in the House want just that. It just requires some fine-tuning of social dialogue procedures  and perseverance on our part. And that is certainly one of our assets.
